Fishing has been consistent, not many monsters, consistent though. Spanish mackerel have been schooling around the boat mid-day and we have been able to chum them up to the surface and get good action on light tackle. All of our fishing is done on light tackle rods, and provides fun for the whole family.

Tampa Fishing Charters ; Reports from our Captains
Tampa Bay Fishing Charter Report:Capt. Jared Simonetti
March fishing has been fantastic and the weather is in full Spring fashion. Fishing is starting to heat up, and as the air temp gets hotter so will the fishing. Tarpon fishing is just around the corner and snook are already making their way out to the beaches. Bait is slowly starting to show up on the flats, and it will only be a few weeks till it is covering the flats. Redfish have been the main targets for march with some trips producing quality size fish and decent numbers of fish.
The large gator trout that our Clearwater area is known for are still around and will be around till about the end of the month. April is starting to look really good with the way things are going now – Snook and giant Tarpon will be my main focus, with some Mackerel action thrown in. If you are thinking about crossing a Big Tarpon or a Huge Snook off your bucket list now is the time to do it! Call us to plan your fishing charter!

Had a Tampa deep sea fishing charter recently… got some cell phone footage!
Our Tampa deep sea fishing charters are an absolute blast. You never know when a giant school of Sharks will come swimming over the reef! These 4ft size schooling sharks are tons of fun and sometimes provide a 2-3 hour consistent bite of non stop action. The best day I had this summer on a targeted shark fishing charter, we caught 70 in 4 hours. We never had to leave the inlet…
Mike from TN caught 20 sharks to 5 feet in length this day.
There’s nothing that compares to deep sea fishing Tampa, FL!
